Why Do I Feel Like I'm Joining a Cult???

So, about four years ago I inherited two makeup applicator sponges produced by this personal beauty company (hint: it ain't Avon & they really like pink). I've never found a better applicator even among Max Factor or Sephora products, and I'll tell you what: with a little care & concern, those sponges last a loooooong time.

But, as you know, eventually everything dies. So now I need new sponges. Problem is, the inheritance source is gone, so I actually have to contact the company. Which I did & what do you know, the sponges are cheap.

But -- and there's always a but -- I now have a "personal beauty care consultant" who insists I opt in for e-mails re: the company's great products.

I don't care how great the products are, I ain't buying anything but my frigging sponges!

I have a feeling this is going to get ugly...
