Happy Freaking New Year!

Well, I'm still coughing my brains out (shows, don't it?), and I'm back to having no voice (which is why I'm not answering the phone for all who may be wondering), but in recapping 2005, I realized I had a great year: I started blogging:), my friends & family lived through the last 12 months, and we came in 2nd in a national freaking contest our first time out -- not a bad year's work.

So, my resolutions for this year: work harder. 2nd is good; 1st is better; a book & movie deal is best. Suggestions for succeeding are welcome (especially if you know someone in the industry:)

Be kinder to the deserving. Like my long-suffering family. No promises, but I'll try.

Get out more. I ain't getting any younger... time to stop living full-time in my head, and shift it down to part-time.

All reachable goals, and no doubt I'll keep you apprised on how they're going.

Wahoo, 2006! If Bush doesn't blow us all up, it oughta be a great year...
